How do I return an order?
To return an order back to us simply head over to the "my account" page. From there, you can browse through your order history to find the order you would like to return. You can then click the return button to initiate the return process. You will then receive an email to the email address associated with the order containing a pre paid return label and instructions on how to return the package back to us.
When can I expect a refund?
Once a return is initiated, an email containing prepaid return label is automatically generated and sent to the email address associated with the order. Once we receive and inspect the package, we issue a full refund. This process may take up to 3 business days.
What is your return policy?
We want you to shop with complete confidence. That is why we offer an unmatched 60 day no matter what guarantee. If for any reason at all, you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it back to us, within 60 days of the date of order, free of charge for a full refund.

Why haven't I received any tracking information?
Once an order is shipped an email confirmation with tracking info is automatically generated and sent to the email address associated with the order. Sometimes these emails can end up in spam or junk folders. Please be sure to check there if you are not seeing the email in your inbox.

Is there a fee for shipping?
We offer for free standard shipping and returns on every order.
When can I expect my order to be delivered?
At TLC, we ship all orders within 1 to 2 business days of receiving the order. Transit times will vary depending on the delivery location. Please refer to the map at the cart page to see transit times for your location.
