If the package arrives damaged please contact us immediately at 844-357-6668 or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please retain all packing materials unless instructed otherwise by our Shipping and Return Specialist. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 3 days of receipt of your order.
We will notify you by e-mail once we receive your return, and again once the return has been completed. Please allow 7 - 10 days after processing for your bank to post a credit to your account.
