SHIPPING POLICIES

All orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS and are scheduled to arrive on or before the expected delivery date shown in the order confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships.

We understand that your order might be needed in an urgent manner, that's why we can provide special arrangements, such as Saturday delivery, delivery on a particular date, or holding at a FedEx or UPS location. Please contact us at 844-357-6668 to do so. Expedited order service is also available on many items for an additional fee.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

For your protection, The Luggage Collection always:

  • Insures and registers all items for their full value;
  • Requires that all deliveries are made to a physical business or home address only. We do not ship to P.O. box addresses;
  • Unfortunately, we are not able to ship to an APO/FPO address at this time;
